Why pay a premium for senior placements? At Key 2 Resources, we don't categorize our candidates as junior - senior based on salary level. Every candidate takes the same amount of time to interview, prep and do references on.

•   8% of the first year's salary = Zero Guarantee

• 10% of the first year's salary = 1 Month Guarantee

• 12% of the first year's salary = 3 Month Guarantee

• 18% of the first year's salary = 6 Month Guarantee

Guarantee:

If a suitable replacement cannot be found, you will receive a 100% credit applicable to future permanent requirements within the next 12 months. The guarantee will only apply when placement fees have been received within 30 days of the start date and the terms and conditions of the position (salary, bonuses, duties and business viability) are as stated upon hire.

Contractors:

We place our Contractors at an hourly rate plus a minimal uplift. Our clients know exactly what our Contractor is being paid and the Contractor knows exactly what the client is being billed.

Our uplift is calculated for each individual project as they come up. If you flip a Contractor to a Permanent position after a 6 month period, then a flat flee will be applied. Anything under 6 months can easily be negotiated.
